Mike McNabb

Mike joined Ignition six years ago as one of our Client Services Executives. His role is to provide marketing services and consultancy for insurance brokers and act as somewhat of a sounding board for them. He describes what we do at Ignition as ultimately acting as an insurance broker’s marketing department. Mike takes a thorough approach to his work; he enjoys having set objectives and targets to meet, but also does not take himself too seriously and tackles work in a friendly manner. Mike believes that building a good relationship with clients is the key to success, building trust is crucial to being more open to sharing ideas with one another.

In his free time Mike enjoys football, golf and also due to recently becoming a Dad, family time is now a big part of his life outside of work. He likes spending time with his family especially since the birth of his son, Harry. Mike dislikes people who can’t walk in a straight line and people with trolley bags on trains who stop to pull the handle up as soon as they get off the train which holds everyone up behind them.
